  • Is it cheaper to repair my computer or buy a new computer?
  • It is usually cheaper to repair the existing system instead of purchasing a new one. Sometimes depends on how old your computer is and what is wrong with your computer.
  • Do you give free estimates?
  • We will give you a rough estimate for free, or we charge $35 to open computer case Inspection and give you a written competitive quote as soon as possible.
  • Do you repair on-site?
  • Yes,we are able to service on-site within our service map. Please call to confirm the availability. In some instances, we may need to take your system back to our offices to complete a repair.
  • How safe is my personal data?
  • Very safe. We service computers from attorneys, professors, businesses and doctors. Nothing is perused through or kept at our location.
  • Can you troubleshoot and fix an existing small network problem?
  • Yes. We can troubleshoot and fix most home and small business networks problems even we did not originally install it.
  • Do you support products that weren't purchased from you?
  • Yes. We support products that were purchased from other manufactures or businesses. However warranties are not transferable.
  • What is your warranty policy on your repairs?
  • We have a 30 day hardware warranty policy on all repairs. We will cover labor and previously replaced parts but not any additional parts that may be necessary to complete the job.

  • What is CCTV?
  • CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) is the monitoring and recording of people, processes or property through the use of a camera and other related electronic security systems. This form of visual security can be sub-divided into analogue and IP (Internet Protocol) solutions.

  • Yes. Our DVRs all support multiple ways to connect to network and multi-client ends connection. That s to say, you can connect to DVR hosts by internet anywhere.
  • Where can I install the surveillance cameras?
  • Your own property and the territory belong your property. The place where will not violate the law of privacy. For example, the open area of the store, the parking lot, the cashier register, the restaurant dining area, the warehouse. The place we can’t install for you are some place like; bathroom, bedroom, and so on.
  • Do you give free estimates?
  • Yes. We will give you a rough estimate for free.
